Garfinkel Immigration Announces New Associate

Garfinkel Immigration Law Firm is very pleased to announce that Ms. Hannah Little has joined the firm as an Associate Attorney.

Ms. Little's primary emphasis is family-based immigration. She assists with immigrant visa ("green card") sponsorships including immediate relative petitions (including marriage cases) and applications to adjust to permanent resident status. She also assists with petitions to remove conditions on residence, fiancée petitions (K-1 and K-3), consular processing, waivers and citizenship/naturalization matters.

Ms. Little was born in Edenton, North Carolina. She earned a Bachelor's degree with High Honors in Biology and Spanish from Guilford College in 2000. She worked as an immigration paralegal for a highly regarded immigration law firm in 2002 & 2003.

In 2006, Ms. Little earned a Juris Doctor (with honors) from the University of North Carolina School of Law. While in law school, Ms. Little worked with the Latino Legal Initiative, the Civil Legal Assistance Clinic, the Immigrant Outreach Project, and the Community Legal Project.

Ms. Little is licensed to practice law in North Carolina and is a member of American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). She is fluent in Spanish.
