Garfinkel Immigration Law Firm Announces New Partners

We are pleased to announce the elevation to partnership of Meredith W. Barnette and Hannah F. Little. We congratulate each of them for the manner in which they have distinguished themselves in the representation of our clients and the community.

Meredith W. Barnette is a 2005 graduate of the Campbell University School of Law. She represents employers and employees in a variety of industries including, but not limited to, financial services, information technology, medicine and academia. She has extensive experience in the preparation of extraordinary ability, outstanding researcher and multinational executive and manager petitions.
Meredith is a member of the North Carolina State Bar, the North Carolina Bar Association, the Mecklenburg County Bar and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.

Hannah F. Little is a 2006 graduate of the University of the North Carolina School of Law and is certified as a Specialist in Immigration Law by the North Carolina State Bar.

Hannah represents employers and employees in a variety of industries. In addition, Ms. Little oversees the firm's family-based immigration matters. She assists individuals with family-based petitions (including marriage cases), consular processing, applications to adjust to permanent resident status, petitions to remove conditions on residence, fiancé(e) petitions, waivers of inadmissibility and citizenship/naturalization matters.

Hannah was recently recognized as a "super star" for her volunteer work with domestic violence victims. She is a member of the North Carolina State Bar, the North Carolina Bar Association, the Mecklenburg County Bar and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
