Colleen F. Molner has practiced U.S. Immigration law since 2013. Prior to becoming an attorney, she was a summer associate and law clerk for Garfinkel Immigration Law Firm. Ms. Molner represents employers and employees in a variety of industries including, but not limited to, financial services, information technology, medicine and academia. She has experience in the preparation of extraordinary ability, outstanding researcher and multinational executive and manager petitions. Ms. Molner will also ensure that employers are compliant by conducting I-9 internal audits. Colleen particularly enjoys traveling, having spent six months studying abroad in Florence Italy at Lorenzo de’Medici and in Dublin, Ireland at the University College of Dublin.
