Deas L. Markley was born in Camden, South Carolina.  She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in Linguistics from the University of South Carolina in 2002.  Ms. Markley earned Paralegal Certification from South University in Columbia, South Carolina.  She has over three years of experience in the legal field.
