Holly L. Hatton was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.  She earned a Bachelors degree in International Studies and Spanish from Millersville University in 1999 and a Masters degree in International Peace and Conflict Resolution with a specialization in International Law from Arcadia University in 2004.  She has over eight years of experience in the immigration law field.  Holly is fluent in Spanish.
