Biography

Ms. Hannah Little is an associate in the firm whose primary emphasis is family-based immigration. She represents individuals with immigrant visa (”green card”) sponsorships including immediate relative petitions (including marriage cases) and applications to adjust to permanent resident status. She also represents foreign nationals with petitions to remove conditions on residence, fiancée petitions (K-1 and K-3), consular processing, waivers and citizenship/naturalization matters. In addition, Ms. Little assists with the firm’s deportation/removal defense cases. Prior to becoming an attorney, Ms. Little was an immigration paralegal for a highly regarded immigration law firm for two (2) years.
