Biography

Heather M. Ziemba has practiced U.S. immigration law since 1998. The scope of Ms. Ziemba’s practice includes advising about and representing foreign nationals who have been placed in removal proceedings, assisting with various forms of relief including cancellation of removal, asylum, adjustment of status, temporary protected status, and voluntary departure; assisting with bond re-determination hearings, and orders of supervision. She also represents families and individuals in motions to reopen removal proceedings as well as appeals to the Board of Immigration Appeals (”BIA”). She also counsels on requests for stays of removal to the U.S. ICE and the BIA. She also counsels families and individuals who require representation before U.S. Immigration & Customs Enforcement (”ICE”) and the Executive Office for Immigration Review.
