Biography
Steven H. Garfinkel is a nationally recognized immigration law specialist with over twenty-five(25) years of business immigration law experience. He is one of eighteen (18) attorneys certified as a Specialist in Immigration Law by the North Carolina State Bar and is the Immediate Past Chair of the Immigration Specialization Committee.
He has practiced Immigration and Visa Law in Charlotte, North Carolina, previously working in one of North Carolina’s largest law firms from 1989 to 1997 where he was the partner in charge of the immigration and visa practice of that firm’s Charlotte office from 1992 until September 1, 1997, when he established the Garfinkel Immigration Law Firm.
Mr. Garfinkel has been rated by his peers with an AV® Peer Review Rating and is listed in the International Who’s Who of Corporate Immigration Lawyers, Best Lawyers in America and Super Lawyers.
