When I try to print a copy of my I-94, the system says it‘s not found. What do I do?

First, make sure all of the information you input into the online form was entered exactly as it appears on the travel document you used to enter the United States. If your I-94 still isn't available, it may be that the information has not yet been made available on the online system. If you are a citizen of Mexico, you should not enter the first two digits of your passport number. If you are still unable to access the electronic I-94, we recommend that you go to your local airport or port-of-entry and request a paper copy of your I-94 from Customs and Border Patrol.
