Mr. Ross’ practice focuses on employment-based immigration.  He works on a wide array of non-immigrant visas, lawful permanent residence applications, and naturalization cases including but not limited to H-1B specialty occupation petitions, L-1 intracompany transfer petitions, EB preferential visa categories, E-2 treaty investor petitions, TN (NAFTA) worker petitions, and R-1 religious worker petitions.  He represents employers in industries such as engineering, energy, health care, and religious work.  Prior to practicing employment-based immigration, Mr. Ross worked on immigration legislation, policy, compliance, and regulatory matters at the federal, state, and local levels.  He is proficient in Italian after studying the language at university and living in Italy for a year as a student.  He remains connected to Italian culture and language through his membership in the National Italian-American Bar Association (NIABA), the National Italian-American Foundation (NIAF), and following the country’s world-renowned calcio (soccer) league.  Mr. Ross is licensed in Maryland.
