Colleen F. Molner has practiced U.S. Immigration Law since 2013. Prior to becoming an attorney, she was a summer associate and law clerk for Garfinkel Immigration Law Firm. Colleen represents employers and employees in a variety of industries including, but not limited to, automotive, engineering, information technology, and manufacturing. She has extensive experience in the preparation of complex nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions, including, but not limited to, extraordinary ability petitions, multinational executive and manager petitions, H-1B petitions, E-2 treaty investor applications, L-1 blanket applications, and responses to Requests for Evidence. Colleen also advises employers on compliance issues and best practices, and she conducts internal I-9 audits for employers.
 
Colleen particularly enjoys traveling the world. She previously studied abroad for a semester in Florence, Italy, at Lorenzo de’Medici, and for a summer in Dublin, Ireland, at the University College of Dublin.
