Two Garfinkel Immigration Law Firm attorneys have been honored in the latest Best Lawyers® “Women in the Law” Business Edition.

Little is certified as a Specialist in Immigration Law by the North Carolina State Bar, the highest level of specialization attainable in the state. She has also recently been recognized by Who’s Who Legal, the North Carolina Pro Bono Honor Society, Business North Carolina (BNC) Legal Elite and earned a prestigious AV Preeminent Rating®.
Barnette, meanwhile, has been practicing immigration law since 2006. She manages Garfinkel Immigration’s EB-5 practice and has significant experience with preparation of nonimmigrant visa petitions as well as the PERM process for lawful permanent residence. She has also recently been named to the Charlotte Center for Legal Advocacy and Legal Aid of North Carolina-Charlotte Pro Bono Honor Roll.
