Three Garfinkel Immigration Partners have been recognized in Business North Carolina’s (BNC) 2023 Legal Elite list.
Managing Partner Hannah F. Little, Chief Executive Officer Steven Garfinkel, and Partner Colleen F. Molner were all honored in the latest edition of the publication based on the recommendations of attorneys in the N.C. State Bar.
Business North Carolina’s Legal Elite list is the only award that provides every active lawyer in the state the opportunity to participate. BNC has been honoring lawyers with the Legal Elite designation since 2002.
Only 3 percent of practitioners in the state were selected to the Legal Elite list in 2023, according to Business North Carolina.
Little, Garfinkel and Molner are all certified as Specialists in Immigration Law by the North Carolina State Bar, the highest level of specialization attainable in the state. The three have been practicing immigration law for more than 63 years combined, and an all were recently recognized by Super Lawyers, Who’s Who Legal and The Best Lawyers in America®.
In addition, Little and Garfinkel were both honored by the prestigious Chambers USA, while Little was named a Thought Leader in Corporate Immigration by Who’s Who Legal.
