Four Garfinkel Immigration Law Firm attorneys named to the Business North Carolina 2026 Legal Elite list

Four Garfinkel Immigration Law Firm attorneys have been named to the Business North Carolina (BNC) 2026 Legal Elite list.

Managing Partner Hannah F. Little, Founding Partner Emeritus Steven H. Garfinkel, as well as Partners Colleen F. Molner and Nam Douglass were all honored in the latest edition of the publication, which is based on the recommendations of attorneys in the N.C. State Bar.

The Business North Carolina Legal Elite list is the only award that allows every active lawyer in the state the opportunity to participate. BNC has been honoring attorneys with the Legal Elite designation since 2002.

The four Garfinkel Immigration attorneys have been practicing immigration law for more than 85 years combined. Little, Molner and Douglass are all certified as Specialists in Immigration Law by the North Carolina State Bar, the highest level of specialization attainable in the state.

In addition to the BNC Legal Elite List, Little and Garfinkel were recognized in the prestigious Chambers USA 2025 guide, while the pair and Douglass were honored in the latest edition of Best Lawyers®. Further, Little and Molner were recently inducted into the 2024 North Carolina Pro Bono Honor Society.
